Ed Boyle and Howard Smith of Interpath Ltd were appointed as joint administrators (“the Joint Administrators”) of Naylors Finance Limited (“NFL”, or the “Company”) on 18 September 2023 (the “Administration”). NFL previously provided short term high cost finance to consumers.
Shortly prior to the appointment of the Joint Administrators, all new lending ceased.
