As a new customer you may be allowed up to £500. All applications are based on credit score, affordability, and are subject to status.
Do you serve people on benefits?
Yes, we do, however, proof of income is required along with an affordability assessment.
Do you serve people in flats?
We don’t discriminate against type of property except where restricted or buzzer entry is enforced. Those types of entry would not be served for security reasons.
Do you have an age limit?
We don’t discriminate against age, although we do monitor it to ensure that we are providing a fair service. With new customers our minimum age is 21. This is to ensure that when someone makes a credit application with us, they have had sufficient time to build up a reputable credit score in order to stand a better chance of being accepted.
Do you check my credit file?
Yes, we do. All applications are subject to a credit check and an affordability assessment.
Do you visit my property?
Yes, we do. If your initial application is successful, one of our field agents will visit you at your property to complete the application. This also allows us to verify that you are who you say you are.
Do you need to see Identification?
Yes, we do. This should be no more than 3-months old and should contain your name and your current address.
Do you need to see proof of income?
Yes, we do. This can either be in paper form or electronic (online bank statement) and should be no more than 3-months old.
Can I pay through the bank?
Yes, you can. As well as doorstep cash-collections, we also offer you the option of paying by Standing Order or by recurring debit-card payments
Can I have more than one loan at the same time?
Yes, you can. This would be based on your payment record and your ability to afford the repayments.
Can my partner have a loan in the same house?
Yes, they can. This would be based on a credit check and an affordability assessment.
Can I pay my loan off early?
Yes, you can. If you repay your account early in full or in part, then you may be entitled to a rebate.
What if I am struggling to make my payments?

What area do you cover?
We cover a wide area across the UK from Barrow-In-Furness on the North West Coast right down to Cardiff in South Wales. On the East side of the country we do from South Shields in the North, down to Luton and Peterborough in the South. We also cover all the areas in-between such as Yorkshire, Lancashire, and the East-Midlands.
